How You Will Make an Impact:

Key Responsibilities

Regular duties performed by a person in this position include, but are not limited to; 1) package intermediates and finished products in bags, super sacks, cartons, drums, totes, boxes, tank wagons, etc. 2) Changing filters, filtration systems, 3) Assembly and disassembly of the rotoformer, 4) Troubleshoot problems with flaker belts, rotoformer, packaging equipment, 5) perform routine cleaning and housekeeping, 6) Operate various Crushers, 7) setup packaging for upcoming batches, 8) labeling, stenciling, placarding of intermediates, products, and rework containers, 9) performing inspections, filling out checklists, etc.

Qualifications

Must know and/or be interested in learning how to package intermediates and finished products in bags, super sacks, cartons, drums, totes, boxes, tank wagons, etc. Be willing to drive a fork truck - fork truck certification a plus.

Must be PC literate and posess good oral and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal skills. Candidate must maintain and exhibit good attitude, ability, conduct, etc.

Be willing to work a 12-hour continuous operation and follow the appropriate guidelines for a twelve-hour continuous operation.

Have a performance record that demonstrates the candidate's competence in leading people, giving direction to others, assuring that we produce high quality products, sharing experiences and ideas with others to improve the effectiveness of the operation and in holding himself and others accountable for results.
