Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2) Application SME

Job Summary:

ValidaTek is seeking a talented Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2) Application SME to support an enterprising program with our DISA customer. The performance expectations will be the following:

• Provide technical expertise with the Procurement Desktop Defense (PD2) application.
• Manage PD2 software vSR16 for several JSP server and client systems.
• Provide expertise in Sybase ASE 15.0.3 or higher, Windows environment on Server 2012, and Windows 7 and/or 10 operating systems, applications/systems in clustered environments, securing Operating Systems to comply with DISA STIGs, and configuring and maintaining desktop firewalls.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.
• Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering, computer information systems, telecommunications, or management information systems, and 5+ recent years of desktop application experience within DoD environments.
• Information Assurance (IA) Certification: DoDI 8570 IAT II certification. (Security+ CE, CCNA-Security, CND, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP)
• Computing Environment (CE) Certification: Recent and relevant technical certification.
• Experience in managing the PD2 software vSR16 for several JSP server and client systems, to include knowledge in future versions.
• Experience with Sybase ASE 15.0.3 or higher.
• Experience with Windows environment on Server 2012, and Windows 7 and/or 10 operating systems environments similar in size and scope of this order.
• Experience with applications/systems in clustered environments.
• Experience with securing Operating Systems to comply with DISA STIGs; network experience configuring and maintaining desktop firewalls.
• Possess certifications for PD2 and PD2 adapter.
