Processing Facility Supervisor

This is an active position which oversees up to 15-20 employees and their schedules.

Fast pace environment with changing needs daily.

Essential Duties:

-Supervisor shift start at 6AM. Shift runs till all quotas have been met for the day.

-Supervisor will preform a Pre-Operational Sanitation walk-through and address any issues prior to startup.

-Supervisor will perform all machine startup procedures to begin the day.

-Supervisor will monitor quality of products to maintain compliance with all rules and regulation.

-Supervisor will aid Manager in overseeing the operation of the processing facility to ensure efficiencies.

Needed Skills:

MS Office products

Computer literate

Works well with people

Ability to follow directions from upper management

Spanish is a plus++

Ability to think on the fly
