We’re looking for a Process Design Lead to:

  • reimagine the way Periodic Know-Your-Client Reviews (PKR) are done in the US region, in collaboration with our partners in Middle Office and Financial Crime Prevention
  • formulate the long-term vision, mission, strategy and quarterly objectives and key results
  • increase the overall quality of PKR process and tooling including operational health, and Financial Advisor satisfaction, and the delivery of valuable outcomes
  • empowering and developing team members, and striving for continuous improvement whilst making space for learning and innovation
  • interact with clients and internal consumers to understand their needs and assess market fit, analyze the business context and competitor landscape
  • partner closely with aligned businesses and control functions across streams and divisions

You’ll be working with the PKR Simplification team in Weehawken, NJ focusing on improving and simplifying the PKR process and tooling to create more time for meaningful client interaction, increasing FA satisfaction, PKR quality and timeliness whilst staying within risk appetite.

Your expertise

  • ideally 10+ years of relevant experience in process re-engineering, program management, strategy or technology delivery
  • demonstrated track record of re-engineering business processes and driving adoption across the organization
  • sound knowledge and experience with AML / KYC reviews
  • strong leadership skills as well as several years of experience with a significant budget responsibility
  • outstanding leadership skills promoting a diverse, inclusive and motivating environment for employees with autonomy to deliver, mastery of skills and purposeful work
  • data-driven, analytical and innovative mindset to understand the business context and make the right decisions
  • focused on client centricity and commercial success
  • ability to drive change across the organization and influence key stakeholders
  • accredited in Lean, Six Sigma or other process improvement methodology would be a plus
