Requirements:
- Current and in good standing PT State of TN licensure
Physical Therapist Responsibilities and Duties:
- Establish and administer treatment programs.
- Focus on providing the highest quality treatment for patients that allows for excellent patient outcomes.
- Assess patient condition using knowledge of basic biological and medical science.
- Establish and propose treatment goals and objectives.
- Establish and implement patient treatment plans and progress those plans and adjust treatment methods accordingly.
- Perform patient evaluation and interventions.
- Instruct patients on physical therapy interventions, modalities, and home exercise programs
- Utilize EHR as well as other digital systems to document.
- Practice HIPPA and all other facility compliance.
