Chicago Health & Physical Therapy (Portage Park)

Compensation and Benefits Offered: Negotiable and Flexible

Employment Type: Full Time

Who are we?
Chicago Health and Physical Therapy is a small private multidisciplinary medical practice that specializes in outpatient physical therapy. We treat a variety of musculoskeletal disorders; chronic/acute pain syndromes, pelvic floor dysfunctions, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries among others.

We pride ourselves on providing an environment where practitioners have enough time with patients and continually support the utilization of their physical, mental and holistic skills to practice medicine as best they can!

Our medical professionals have been serving Chicago with a conservative and holistic approach to patient care since 1922. We currently have a team of chiropractors, physical therapists and massage therapists. We plan to expand to integrate nutritional, mental and pain management services for our patients as well.

At CHPT, we treat everyone like family!
