Compensation: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

Shift: 1st Shift - Mon-Fri, 8am to 5pm

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Photography and Design Production Manager to lead a team of graphic designers, photographers, and photography assistants. The ideal candidate will ensure timely completion of projects, prioritize high volume task submissions, and stay on top of photography and lighting trends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the photography and design team to achieve high standards of quality and efficiency
• Manage the performance of the team and provide coaching and feedback to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the photography and design production team, including the coordination and scheduling of projects
• Prioritize and manage high volume task submissions to ensure timely completion of projects
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the photography and design production needs are met
• Stay current with photography and lighting trends and make recommendations for equipment and technique improvements
• Ensure that all projects are completed within budget and to the highest standards of quality

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Photography, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in photography and design production management
• Experience leading a team of graphic designers, photographers, and photography assistants
• Strong understanding of photography and lighting techniques and equipment
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience with project management tools
• Relevant work experience and a portfolio of photography and design projects may be considered in lieu of the formal education.
• Prefer individuals who have developed a strong understanding of photography and lighting techniques and equipment through hands-on experience.
• Excellent oral and written English language communication skills
• Excellent follow up skills
• Good Logistics Knowledge
• Problem solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
