We are currently seeking a TEMP IT Computer Prof Specialist to join our team in REMOTE, Kentucky (US-KY), United States (US).

Job Description:
The Performance Tester thoroughly evaluates the software products according to the business standards or function requirements. The Performance Tester performs advanced administrative/operational/customer support duties that require independent initiative and judgment. May apply intermediate mathematical skills.

The Performance Tester isolates, reproduces, and tracks defects and verifies fixes. Develops test data and procedures for ensuring the software products meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Very familiar with the software development cycle and quality assurance methodologies. Decisions are typically focus on methods, tactics, and processes for completing administrative tasks/projects. Regularly exercises discretion and judgment in prioritizing requests and interpreting and adapting procedures, processes and techniques, and works under limited guidance due to previous experience/breadth and depth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Performance Testing and Engineering.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Performance Canter, LoadRunner Enterprise, or other performance testing tools, Dynatrace or other monitoring tools.
• 5+ years defining performance testing metrics and KPI's.
• Expertise in Performance Test Planning and execution, Test Estimation, Test Strategy, Workload Design, Test Case Design, Test Environment setup, Test data setup, Defect Management and Configuration Management.
• Sound experience leading Performance Testing projects and Test Teams.
• Expertise identifying performance bottlenecks in various technologies such as web application(s), infrastructure, and infrastructure as code, Cloud or On-premises solutions.
• Expertise in analysis of performance test results.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively and deliver presentations to various levels of the enterprise.
• Advanced experience leading special projects and producing metrics, measurements and trend reports.
• Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

Preferred Qualifications

• ISTQB Certification in Performance Testing
• Advanced Degree
