Position Summary:
We are seeking a full-time or part-time Physical Therapist who is energetic and interested in working with a growing non-profit agency. We focus on providing high quality physical therapy services to children that qualify for Early Intervention services within our region of western Montana.

CDC serves children from birth to age 17 with various developmental delays and medical diagnoses. CDC holds the Part C contract for the Montana Milestones Early Intervention Program with the State of Montana. Our agency offers these services to eligible infants and toddlers across 7 counties in western Montana, and allows CDC to serve children in their natural environments. CDC is expanding pediatric therapy services in order to provide comprehensive programs which align with our mission.

As a Physical Therapist, you would collaborate with CDC team members to provide support to families in meeting motor related outcomes. This position will conduct evaluations, coach and empower families with strategies on motor related outcomes, team with other professionals to meet outcomes in Individualized Family Service Plans, among other responsibilities. This position does require at least 50% of travel time outside of the Kalispell area with the ability to utilize teletherapy when appropriate.

Up to $12,000.00 in relocation assistance for applicants outside of Montana.

Qualifications:

  • Physical Therapy degree from an accredited college or university
  • A current Montana State Physical Therapy professional license or ability to obtain within 30 days
  • The candidate must have, or the ability to obtain, an individual NPI and be willing to become credentialed for Medicaid and other frequently used insurance providers (CAQH) upon employment
  • Valid Montana driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a background check
