OVME, pronounced “of me,” is a retail medical aesthetic company that connects aspiring men and women with skilled health care providers in select cities nationwide. OVME combines an innovative, direct-to-consumer mobile platform with contemporary yet welcoming retail boutiques to deliver high quality minimally invasive cosmetic services.
Our team is composed of creative caregivers who provide solutions for “age appropriate” skin health. We believe the needs of the medical aesthetics consumer have evolved beyond the industry landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for creating an unrivaled client experience for all clients.
- Embodies OVME culture and values.
- Maintains an expert level knowledge of all company products and services as well as competitive products and industry trends.
- Acts as the point person for all in studio clients from escorting them within the facility to providing both pre-and post-procedure guidelines for care, recovery and optimal results.
- Maintains detailed records within the company’s Client Management System with regard to client procedures, outcomes and other required medical input.
- With the Studio Manager, coordinates customer post visit product swag, samples and giveaways.
- Manages individual client consulting as needed for company products and services.
- Proactively and within the context of individual client needs, cross-sells other company products and services on a consultative basis.
- In coordination with specialists and nurses, supports the maintenance of the OVME aesthetic within procedure and consult spaces.
- In coordination with specialists and nurses, ensures procedure and consult spaces are maintained in a healthy and clean manner.
- Reports to Studio Manager.
Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
Education / Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable industry experience
- 2-5 years medispa, medical office, or similar experience is a plus
- Medical Aesthetics, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery office experience preferred, not required
- Medical CRM experience a plus

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented collaborative team environment
- Social media management experience
- Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work well independently, in a team environment and with remote employees
