We have an exciting opportunity for a Pastry Helper to join our DO&CO Family in Redondo Beach, CA.

A day as a Pastry Helper

• Assisting pastry production team, chefs, and cooks with mixing pastry products
• Work in different station such as (Fruit cutting station, economy packing station, juice station, basket station, assembling and plating food etc.)
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations as stated in the food safety management system handbook
• Report problems with the food safety management system to their manager and the hygiene and food safety team
