First Western Bank & Trust is currently looking for a part-time Teller at our Minot, ND Dakota Square location.

Part-Time Teller Overview

Provide courteous and efficient customer service while processing daily customer transactions in support of First Western Bank & Trust’s sales and service objectives while adhering to the bank’s culture of excellence in customer service to its patrons.

Greet visitors and customers in a courteous manner and welcoming smile

• Establish solid customer relationships through identifying needs, providing creative and best solutions for customers, and using cross-sell and referral opportunities
• Assist customers with deposits, check cashing, savings withdrawals and statement printing
• Properly identify each customer in accordance with bank policy
• Uphold confidentiality of customer and proprietary information
• Answer phone inquiries and remit phone transfers via bank system
• Accept payments including loan and credit card transactions
• Issue change orders for individual customers and businesses
• Prepare and issue cashier’s checks, money orders, travel money, gift cards and foreign currency drafts
