• Must have valid driver's license and a dependable vehicle (mileage between jobs is compensated).

Cleaning Technician Job Details:

• $17.00 an hour, plus paid mileage between jobs!
• Generous tips form our clientele!
• Part-time 3-5 days a week!
• Monday-Friday, 8:45-mid afternoon!
• Perfect for moms and others!

Primary Job Description:

• Cleaning for repeat residential and some office clientele
• As listed but not limited to: dusting, sanitizing, scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming and washing areas from ceilings to floors in living areas, kitchens and bathrooms
• Use of, accountability for, light maintenance and transport of company equipment and supplies to residential clients and back to the base office in the same day
• Professionally communicate with clients and teammates respectfully with a positive attitude
• Competency in reviewing customer work order and carrying out cleaning duties in a detailed and efficient manner as work order states
• Ability to check others work and be checked in a non-offensive manner
• Light paperwork required daily for job documentation, supply list and mileage
• Cleaning, count and organization of equipment and supplies daily (set-up and break down)
• Dependable work ethic
