Job Description:

Storage Facility looking for someone to relieve manager for breaks and vacations. Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work every Saturday. Starts at $15.74 per hr working 8-12 hours a week. We are looking for someone with good customer service, computer, and phone skills. Must be 18 years old to apply. Responsibilities Include:

• Leasing and processing new tenant lease agreements
• General office duties
• Work as a team with the managers
• Provide remarkable service to new and existing customers.
• Show rental units. Explain and execute leases with confidence.
• Process payments and follow up with potential customers.
• Answer phones and respond to emails promptly and kindly.
• Rent and move U-Haul Moving Trucks
• Perform collection and delinquency paperwork and make related phone calls
• Balance financials, including petty cash, daily.
• Perform maintenance duties including: sweeping empty units and driveways, picking up trash and debris, routine property walk-throughs, cleaning out units, wiping down doors, climbing up and down ladders for miscellaneous repairs, etc.
• Bring a "can-do" attitude and contagious enthusiasm every day.

Requirements include:

• Strong customer service skills
• Must be able to work on Saturday
• Reliable Transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Must be able to cover a shift for fellow employees
• Strong organization and time management skills
• Must be 18+ years old
• Proficient with computer and mobile technologies
• Detail-oriented
• High school diploma or equivalent education
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
