JOB SUMMARY: Leasing consultant will lease and show apartments and maintain a successful renewal program. Demonstrate knowledge and consistency in maintaining high standards of customer relations and services.

WORK HOURS:

Three Saturdays a month, 10:00-5:00. Flexible hours during the week up to 25 hours. Will need to be able to stay until closing a few days a week (5:30/6:00).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Perform property presentations in person and on the phone. Responsible for following up on prospective residents.

·Verify rental applications, approve for occupancy, and enter all paperwork into computer.

·Submit weekly and monthly traffic and marketing reports.

·Comply with all published policies and procedures.

·Other duties as needed or requested by supervisor.

EDUCATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

·High school diploma.

·Must have a valid driver’s license.

·Must have excellent customer service skills.

·Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.

·Must be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.

·Must be detailed and organized.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION OF THIS POSITION:

·Must be able to sit for extended periods of time while using a keyboard and manual writing.

·Must be able to occasionally push, pull, lift and carry up to 25 lbs.

·Must be able to frequently sit, stand, walk and climb stairs.

PROPER ATTIRE:

Business or business casual.
