Job description
We are looking for a part-time administrative employee to assist in various, simple tasks in our Buffalo, NY mechanic shop. Tasks will include the following.
- Assist in tracking employee hours and submitting them weekly to the Payroll Department
- Reconciling credit card purchases for the Shop monthly & keeping track of all receipts.
- Keeping track of maintenance records and work orders
- Forwarding necessary information to the main office
- Sorting and Organizing paperwork
- Filing Invoices and keeping track of purchase orders
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
