Perform maintenance/repairs of government housing for turnover back to the Army through the following requirements and tasks:

Requirements:

• Must be able to gain access to the base through gate security background check
• Must be able to pass drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation to the work located on Fort Gordon, GA. Clean driving record and valid driver license required for those driving the maintenance vehicle.
• Must have a current approved work VISA or be a US citizen.
• Must have previous repair and maintenance experience. Pay is commensurate with skillset and experience.

Tasks:

• Painting of residential interior walls, ceilings, doors, trim
• Ability to perform detail-oriented paint prep/tape job
• Open to help teammates with other maintenance repair type work
• Document work orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
