Hot Stuff Hearth & Home, a leader in the heating industry in the Yampa Valley in sales and service of wood, gas, and pellet heating appliances is now hiring for the position of outside sales associate.

Skills needed:

Must have track record of successful sales experience in the construction industry, hearth experience is a plus.
Must be able to do plan take-offs from blueprints and read/understand specifications.
Must have good computer skills.
Must have a positive, team player attitude.

Compensation consists of:

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and develop new customer accounts.
• Develop sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Provide customer service and support.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
• Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to gain knowledge on new products.
• Works closely with our estimator in the field to ensure jobs are properly scheduled and completed.
