The Jerry Seiner Dealerships Service Call Center in Salt Lake is hiring for a full-time position. We are a fun and productive team that is busy and looking to grow. We want friendly, outgoing, and energetic individuals who are driven and dependable and looking for a company that will give them security and a long-term career with excellent benefits.
General Job Information:
- On Site | Full-time (35-40 hour work week)
- Hourly base plus commission ($25-45k per year)
- Flexible work hours
- Open from 7am-6pm Monday-Friday, 8-5 on Saturdays, Closed Sundays
Duties include:
- Making outbound courtesy calls to customers to drive appointments into the service department.
- Respond to our customers via phone, email, text, and chat.
- Document conversations and update customer records after each interaction
- Excellent problem -solving and communication skills (Written and verbal)
- Maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products, promotions, services, and needs of the dealerships.
- Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business.
- Working computer and phone skills will be important to succeed in this position
- Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus
- Type30+ wpm is a plus
