McInnes Rolled Rings in Erie, PA is seeking second shift saw team member to join our team.

What is an Operations Team Member at McInnes responsible for?

Responsible for ensuring that all Saw Team, Ring Mill Team, Heat Treat Team and Inspection Team functions are carried out as required. This position will require a working knowledge in all phases of our company operation, to include: saws, ring rolling and heat treat operations. Ability to operate cranes and forklifts is a plus. Perform other related work as requested, required, or directed by management.

The Required Qualifications

Experience driving a fork truck is a preferred requirement. Must be able to display initiative and creative thought in planning and carrying out work. The ability to work well with others and communicate effectively and respectfully is required, as is the ability to work independently once fully trained. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to promote a positive and effective team environment. Considerable hand to eye and hand to hand coordination is required. Must be comfortable working in a loud, oily, dirty, and hot environment. Must be able to lift 10 to 50 pounds frequently. Must display initiative and careful planning in carrying out required work.

Pay: From $47,000.00 per year
