ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gathers compiles, sorts, verifies, and enters the required information into the system to ensure timely and accurate data processing.
  • Prepares a variety of standard reports for the department.
  • Assists internal and external customers with simple routine questions; refers to supervisor for complex issues and or to the appropriate department.
  • Maintains all documentation according to departmental and company retention guidelines.
  • Ensures information requests are handled in accordance with departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Completes passes, and maintains an up-to-date status for all positional and company-required compliance and regulatory courses by assigned due date(s).
  • Performs all other duties as assigned

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • No supervisory responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Additionally, the qualifications listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required in this position:

  • High school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
