We are seeking an experienced individual with knowledge of EAMS systems. The candidate will partner with global EAMS team and sites to support administration, training and data updates.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• 
  Support sites in EAM data collection activities
• Maintain tools and templates and train sites in the use of them to aid in EAM data collection activities
• Perform EAM data entry tasks including asset inductions and data updates
• Perform EAM administration activities to support data entry
• Support sites in EAM training activities

Basic Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree and 4+ years’ experience with Enterprise Asset Management software life sciences data administration and training OR
• Bachelor’s Degree and 6+ years’ experience with Enterprise Asset Management software life sciences data administration and training OR
• High School Degree and 8+ years’ experience with Enterprise Asset Management software life sciences data administration

Preferred Qualifications:

• 
  Excellent organization, and planning skills
• Self-motivated, proactive, independent and responsive
• Deep interpersonal, verbal, and written communication, presentation, facilitation and diplomacy skills
• Pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry experience
• Able to adjust workload based upon changing priorities
• Able to express ideas and present information effectively within team, internal clients, and with external partners
• Ability to think critically with demonstrated troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Up to 10% travel availability

The salary range for this position is: $117,725.00 - $152,350.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. These considerations mean actual compensation will vary. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package. Benefits include company-sponsored medical, dental, vision, and life insurance plans*.
