SCHEDULE: M-F 8:00 AM TO 4:30 PM

Job Purpose or Objective(s): As the Operations Director of Housing, you will manage all activities related to multiple programs and services to ensure accuracy related to data, financials, and budgets to meet departmental goals. You will report to the Senior Director of Support Services for Housing.

Primary Tasks:

  • You will administer special projects by identifying and clarifying issues and priorities, communicating, and coordinating requirements and evaluating and providing optional courses of action.

  • Research grant funding opportunities and support implementation per program awards.

  • Manage finances, develop and analyze the departmental budgets and financial reports to promote our growth and follow CNO operational goals.

  • Create operational strategies to minimize losses and implement plans to reduce company costs.

  • Audit Homeowners Services, Rental Property, and Support Services through self-monitoring practices ensuring federal policy and procedures are strictly followed.

  • Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for operations and activities as requested by the Senior Director, funding sources and other partners.

  • Monitor Homeowners Services, Rental Property, and Support Services’ financial data against plans, forecasts, and budgets, determine trends and report financial results to Senior Director, funding sources, and other partners.

  • Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field

  • Good ability to forecast strategic financial planning through budgets

  • Knowledge of Tribal & Housing budgets and compliance

  • Intermediate level user of Microsoft Excel (can perform complex functions), JDE, Web Focus, and other Microsoft products.

  • 5 years of directly related experience
