We see you in Amwins blue! Join our team in El Segundo, CA as an Office Coordinator! Pursuant to California state regulation, the salary range for this position is $65,000 to $75,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.
This is a full-time, in-office position!

Each Associate provides vital team functions:
  • Coordinate everyday office operations such as ordering and maintaining supplies
  • Assist reception team with phone calls, emails, faxes, and greeting guests
  • Oversee payroll and PTO requests
  • Coordinate various special projects such as CPR/First aid certifications, interns, and onboarding new employees
  • Facilitate special events
    • Book facilities both on and offsite
    • Update office calendars
    • Assist with set up and clean up for events
  • Plan and implement creative events to support office culture and morale
  • Assist regional manager and other regional teams with administrative tasks
We are looking for people with:
  • 3-5 years office administration experience
    • Event planning skills a plus!
  • Creative problem solving
  • Willingness to assist in areas of greatest need
  • Friendly and approachable personality
