Nursing Office Assistant Nursing Administration – Columbia- Evenings

Your vital and challenging role in support of nursing administration will help NewYork-Presbyterian nurses succeed every day in putting the patient first.
You will be assist with all operations within the nursing office such as staffing for the various shifts, making changes and adjustments to Kronos based upon sick calls, updating schedules based on changes in daily staffing.
Bring your clerical skills to this role and help contribute to continued patient focus and superior customer service.
This is a full time evening shift position working 3:00pm - 11:30pm, Rotating weekends and holidays, at NewYork-Presbyterian/Columbia.
Preferred Criteria
Experience working in a healthcare environment
Experience using Kronos or other timekeeping platforms
Required Criteria
High school diploma or GED
One to Two years of related experience
Proficiency in WORD and EXCEL
