We are a grower of trees, shrubs and perennial flowers servicing garden centers and landscape professionals in Northern and Central California. We are seeking capable material loaders to complement our team. This position involves loading and unloading plant material and delivering plants between our nursery sites. The ideal candidate would be able to work late afternoons and evenings, sometimes weekends, and be forklift certified.

Candidate should possess a valid Class C driver license. This position involves working in the nursery and/or loading dock. Candidate should be able to lift 25-50 pounds repeatedly, withstand the sun, heat and rain and be able to work flexible hours, normally Monday through Friday but at times on weekends.

We are seeking an energetic person to help us complete load trucks with plants for our out of town customers. This position may also include general nursery and facility maintenance, irrigation installation and repair, project implementation and management.

Job duties include:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Forklift driving
• Picking and preparing plants for orders
• Care and maintenance of trees, shrubs and perennial flowers on our 10 acre facility
• Deliveries and transfers between our facilities

Candidates should be able to lift 25-50 pounds regularly and be able to work outside in the elements. This is entry level work with the opportunity for advancement. Spanish speaking and computer skills are a plus. We have openings either part time or full time.
