The Nurse Practitioner is a licensed independent practitioner who is responsible for providing top-of-the-line care to our patients. Specializing in hormone optimization, medical weight loss therapy, and concierge medicine, our providers play a vital role in the success of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Functions independently to perform initial consultations for patients to set a individualized plan of care.
- Medical Weightloss consultations
- Meets the patient's goals and needs and provides quality care by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results.
- Prescribes appropriate pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic treatment if necessary
- Documents patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
- Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks
- Assists medical staff with daily patient operations
- Performs pellet optimization procedures
- Concierge medicine
- Botox and filler experience is a plus
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program or Physician Assistant Program
- Current Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) Licensure or Physician Assistant Licensure
- Current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS); required by department and facility
- Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
