Job description

We are currently searching for a full time Registered Nurse Manager to work Mondays – Fridays who can work cooperatively with staff and physicians and perform a variety of tasks. Major responsibilities include: coordinating and directing activities of the center according to accepted standards, working collaboratively with Center Director to oversee the supervision and direction of nursing care and center staff. You are also responsible for performing annual focus studies, overseeing the staff schedule, improving the quality of care delivered to patients, conducting quarterly drills/in-services and actively participating in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement meetings.

Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in acute care nursing knowledge and skills, be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing, have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse, maintain basic cardiac life support certification and ACLS, and have at least one year of registered nurse experience.
