Job Summary:

The Nurse-Family Partnership nurse home visitor is responsible for providing in person comprehensive nursing services to pregnant women and their children eligible for the Nurse-Family Partnership Program.

Basic Job Functions:

• Provides home visits to first-time pregnant women
• Adheres to nursing process and the Nurse-Family Partnership model of home visitation
• Provides education, support, and referral resources in assisting women and their families in attaining their targeted goals
• Meet with Nurse-Family Partnership nurse supervisor weekly for clinical supervision
• Maintain confidentiality
• Document appropriately

Required:

COVID-19 vaccinations required

Current RN license in good standing required

Current BSN Required

Current CPR required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license and insured automobile required

*Must be working on BSN or have completed the BSN in order to qualify for this position.

Preferred:

Home visiting experience preferred

Maternal child health experience preferred

Benefits:

Pay: starting at $37 per hour depending on experience
