• Oversee and manage the day-to-day AVDE Operations in the territory
• Audio and video project design, planning and management
• Liaise with Workspace Resources and Line of Business managers to support A/V systems and environment design
• Responsible for building and maintaining business partnerships (w/ Marketing, Brand, Sales, Event, Facilities, Finance, and territory leadership)
• A strong team participation character
• A good understanding of other building services
• Ability to achieve and maintain high levels of quality and consistency of outputs
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute to the quality of work you're doing and meeting deadlines
• High levels of written and oral communication
• A willingness to travel, from time to time, to support specific business requirements
• Report status of AVDE projects and events in territory
• This position will serve the role as the key person to deploy campus wide A/V solutions
• Collaborate with users, service providers, and other business and technology teams to deliver consistent/standard processes and quality services

• Bachelor's Degree or any combination of relevant equivalent experience, education and training.
• Experience supporting and aligning technology with the business in a large global environment
• Good communication skills and excellent relationship building skills
• Lean foundation and principles to optimize customer experience
• Service Delivery experience working with multiple vendor partners
• Strong persuasion and influencing skills
• Proven track record of being results driven with demonstrated ability to achieve aggressive goals
• Experience working in a highly matrix work environment

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $77,500.00 in our lowest geographic market to $152,500.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.
