The Night Watchman will be responsible for patrolling the property to ensure that any disturbances are handled in a polite and professional manner. The Watchman will monitor surveillance equipment as well as assist the receptionist with answering phones, greeting customers, and handling any customer complaints or requests.

What You Will Do:

• Greet all guests and assist them with check-in and check-out
• Monitor surveillance equipment and inspect building and equipment
• Monitor and respond to all disturbances on property
• Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor
• Patrolling the parking lots and handling all towing needs
• Respond to all guests’ questions and requests
• Answer all phone calls by the 2nd ring
• Manage guest bookings and reservations
• Maintain a presentable environment by using a cleaning checklist, clean elevators throughout shift, remove trash, debris and any cleaning disturbances on the property during shift.
• Monitor emergency lighting and smoke alarms
• Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
• Receiving and managing reservations made online and telephonically.
• Providing guests with information about the hotel.
• Keeping informed and up-to-date of attractions that may be of interest to guests.
• Pool and common area lock up at designated closing times
• Parking lot inspections and towing procedures
• Document Inventory
• Communicate important details taken place during your shift

Pay: $16 - $17 per hour

Schedule: Rotating shifts are as follows with some Holidays and weekends required:

8 pm - 6 am, 10 pm - 7 am, 11 pm - 8 am
