  • Perform facility surveillance to include street side, parking lots, executive terminal, hangars and airport operations area. Surveillance may be conducted by walking/patrolling and/or driving.
  • Conduct identification checks for flight crews, passengers, visitors and vendors entering the executive terminal and/or the AOA in accordance with the Company’s security procedures.
  • Assist supervisor/management to direct others in suspicious or threatening situations.
  • Notify and work directly with law enforcement agencies and the airport authorities to remove potential and/or actual threats from secure Signature Flight Support facilities.
  • Compose written reports of threatening incidents as well as assist with internal investigations of witnesses or victims.
  • Other duties, related and/or unrelated, may be assigned or performed concurrently with those of the monitoring agent.

The following functions may be performed in variable weather and environmental conditions such as jet engine fumes, dust or jet engine noise. Must have ability to:

  • Regularly stand, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
  • Specific vision abilities require close and distance vision.
  • Read, write and fluently speak and understand the English language.
  • Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Apply concepts of basic math to add and subtract two digit numbers and multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
  • Wear uniform and insignia as prescribed by the Company.
  • Report to work in a regular and timely basis.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Must possess a valid state driver’s license. Must be able to exercise good judgment and follow directions/directives from supervisor/management
