A DAY IN THE LIFE AS A MISSION MANAGER/CASE MANAGER SUBSTITUTE

As a Mission Manager/Case Manager Substitute you will provide program participants with the training, mentoring, advocacy and other intervention needed to assist them in attaining desired employment goals. Provide services in a coordinated, effective and efficient manner. Provides cross functional support within Mission Services and Retail Operations. Ability to work independently while at the same time fostering a strong team atmosphere. Interaction with leadership, participants, employees, and customers. Conduct, interpret and evaluate participant intakes and histories and include in the design of an appropriate service plan for them with their participation and input. Work with individuals in a variety of environments and cultural contexts. This position substitutes for regularly scheduled case management staff and coverage hours will vary from 1 to 40 hours per week as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A MISSION MANAGER/CASE MANAGER SUBSTITUTE

• High School Diploma or general education degree
• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology or related field preferred
• Experience with developmental disabilities, job coaching, case management and/or retail operations preferred
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• DODD Certified/Registered or ability to become Certified/Registered

WORK SCHEDULE
