Responsibilities:
This role assumes day to day accountability for all facets of clinic operations, with a strong emphasis on managing patient access and throughput, provider productivity, staffing, and medical group support services. Facilitates an atmosphere of participative management and the development of collegial relationships with Physicians and Advance Practice Providers and hospital leadership. Will be visible, accessible, and committed to communicating effectively with providers, hospital leadership, and staff. Financial responsibilities include ownership and management of clinic budget and financial and operational metrics, accounts payable and patient accounts receivable management.
Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business Administration, Finance or Health Care Administration required.
  • Five or more years of leadership experience, preferably within a large clinical organization with multi-site responsibilities.
  • Hands-on and relevant experience in clinic/practice operations, financial management, and business growth and development within a large medical group or multi-specialty practice.
  • Deep knowledge of provider compensation models, practice revenue cycle and reimbursement models (fee-for-service and value-based payments), health plan contracting
  • Excellent leadership skills including ability to think strategically, develop vision and execute for results.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and compliance healthcare requirements.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. Able to collaborate and effectively communicate with physicians and allied health professionals.
  • Ability to make sound business decisions by analyzing financial and quality metrics as well as develop practical solutions for metric goal deviations.
  • Strong business and financial background with a sense of urgency and a desire to achieve top line results.

Saint Francis Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. Our Total Rewards package includes, but is not limited to, paid time off, a 401K retirement plan, medical, dental, and vision coverage, tuition reimbursement, and many more voluntary benefit options. Benefits may vary based on employment status, i.e. full-time, part-time, per diem or temporary. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $72,800 to $111,530. on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire and will be dependent on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, experience, education, credentials, and licensure. Additionally, employees in this position may be eligible to participate in the Company’s annual discretionary bonus program. Discretionary bonuses, if any, are based on a number of factors, which include but are not limited to individual and Company performance.
