The Opportunity:
Job Description
MGr, Cash Posting is a Leadership role supporting Mercy, Catalpa, Nationwide, and Summa clients. The position is responsible for managing and supporting the daily Cash Posting and Reconciliation processes for all assigned clients. The position will support 25 associates in addition to Global staff. Responsibilities include: daily reconciliation of cash sheets, updating cash trackers with backlogs and client issues, reporting client performance out and up via daily calls, emails, and teams communication. Responsible to present findings and process improvements to clients, leadership, and key stakeholders. Must ensure compliance to SOPs of department and ensure teams are meeting KPIs.
  • Report on Key Performance Indicators for the department and will be held to the standards identified as benchmarks for each client.
  • Manage the daily workflow of the department, monitor progress to identify trending issues and develop training or processes to address these issues.
  • Hold huddles to efficiently cover new or evolving training focuses to encourage and develop team members.
  • Oversee progress on the floor and monitor the worked accounts for quality assurance.
  • Manage assigned associate's time management and approval of timecards for payroll processing.
  • Minimum Years and Type of Experience:
  • 5 years’ experience in healthcare industry
  • Other Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
  • 3 years’ management experience
