Job description

We are seeking a full-time therapist to provide in-home counseling services to older/senior individuals with psychiatric disorders in Trumbull County. Therapist will provide counseling services and diagnostic assessments. Must be licensed as an LPC or LSW, have excellent skills in diagnostic assessments and one-year experience providing therapy to people with severe and persistent mental illness. Must have an NPI and Medicaid Provider Number.
