Greater Nevada Credit Union is looking for a dedicated team player with a passion for Helping More People Live Greater!

About The Position:

The Member Outreach Representative is responsible for providing an excellent service experience to new, existing, and potential Greater Nevada consumer and business member/borrowers by proactively assisting with establishing and maintaining relationships through consistent communication. The Member Outreach Representative gains insight into the member/borrower experience and provides input on improving processes to meet the unique needs of each member, and maintain Greater Nevada’s member/borrower database.

What You'll Be Doing

• Effectively demonstrate our passion and purpose as a non-profit organization by “Helping More People Live Greater."
• Process and maintain applicable production and monitoring reports.
• Meet minimum number of calls and referrals as detailed in the Member Outreach Incentive Plan.
• Educate member/borrowers on Greater Nevada products, services and resources.
• Provide leads for Greater Nevada sales teams to develop and grow member/borrower relationships.
• Perform outbound calling to new, existing and potential member/ borrowers.
• Obtain and record member/borrower information and maintain the member database to improve their customer experience.
• Apply appropriate procedures and reporting requirements of the Bank Secrecy Act.

Compensation

• $38,000.00-$54,000.00 per year

Physical Demands

• While performing the duties of your job, you may regularly be required to sit and use a keyboard, mouse, multiple monitors, telephone (including repetitive motions with hands, fingers, arms, etc.) for extended periods of time. You may also frequently be required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
• You may be occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
