Responsibilities:
  • Monitor timely reports to maintain orders and order tracking.
  • Receive/Review unskilled payroll documentation.
  • Process clinical and non-clinical staff time sheets.
  • Entering various data, including time in/time out in ASR, and other databases.
  • Reports any non-compliance to the Compliance Officer.
  • Answers phone and directs calls appropriately.
  • Faxes, mails, or e-mails medical forms from DeVero to appropriate MD's on file.
  • Receives returned signed medical documentation from MD's and uploads to appropriate patient's charts.
  • Filing in the medical record.
  • Assemble/Maintain Admission, Recert, Resumption packets for clinical staff.
  • Maintain supply of medical record documentation.
  • Ensure office equipment working appropriately, maintain condition of office, and arrange for necessary repairs
  • Perform other tasks and functions as directed

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of bookkeeping or equivalent experience required.
  • Ability to manage routine filing and file maintenance.
  • Must possess excellent customer service skills and pleasant phone etiquette
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and projects within short time frames, multitask and meet deadlines required.
  • Effective working knowledge of software applications related to bookkeeping processes is preferred.
  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel, required.
