A successful candidate will be dynamic and energetic with the ability to multitask in a fast paced medical office environment. We are looking for a customer service minded person who can resolve both routine and complex billing inquiries.

Required Qualifications:

• Five years of experience in medical billing support work.
• Explanation of Benefits (EOB) and claim management experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to prioritize with attention to detail.
• Professional verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification.
• AthenaHealth experience.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Flexibility in task and project assignments.
• Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills.

• Monday to Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
• Hybrid remote opportunity after 1 year of employment
