Aledade is looking for a Specialist to help bring our storytelling about the movement to empower independent primary care professionals through value-based care to the next level. This role will develop go-to-market audio and video initiatives across a wide variety of channels, including animated, testimonial, live-action and pre-recorded video, as well as the company’s podcast, The ACO Show.
We’re looking for someone who can help develop and drive our strategy to produce a wide variety of content through video and audio media, as well as work closely with and support our graphic design team. The ideal candidate will be someone who is an expert in these channels and a fanatic for strategy and process, so they can support company-wide campaigns from development to conclusion.
This individual needs to have hands-on audio and video industry knowledge, and preferably experience supporting the development of multi-channel marketing campaigns and/or projects. As an integral part of the Marketing team, reporting to Aledade’s brand and design manager, we are looking for someone who is eager to learn and grow their depth of knowledge within the marketing domain, and someone passionate about making health care work better for patients all across the country.
We are flexible with respect to geographic location, and the ideal candidate will be comfortable working remotely/work from home within the US or from our headquarters office in Bethesda, MD.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Working within the content and creative team, collaborate to develop strategies to build engaging video content of a variety of types, including animated explainer videos, live-action testimonial and storytelling videos, videos pulled from pre-recorded content, and more.
- Plan, produce, edit and launch multimedia content for omni-channel marketing for both video and podcasts
- Lead editing and creative planning with the production team for Aledade’s podcast “The ACO Show”
- Shoot and edit video content, including creating kinetic-type and motion graphic videos
- Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for video clients
- Ensure all a/v projects are on-brand, on-budget, and on-schedule
- Identify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary
- Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and can be readily obtained
- Collaborate with members of the growth, marketing and sales teams
- Project Manage media progress and identify opportunities for optimization
- Report on campaign performance, drawing insights and recommendations
REQUIREMENTS:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience (must include experience in a video production environment)
- Knowledge of shooting and editing videos
- Demonstrated skill with video editing software platforms, specifically proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Final Cut Pro X, Adobe Audition. After Effects expertise a plus.
- Extensive knowledge of video production equipment
- Audio production and editing experience, in particular with podcast creation or editing
- Experience with live streaming is a plus
- Excellent organization, planning, and communication skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work with varying and changing needs
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Ability to operate and carry camera equipment (up to 25 lbs)
- Experience working in health care creative a plus
- Desire to think beyond their immediate team and contribute to making Aledade holistically better (active engagement in D&I efforts, culture initiatives, facilitating training, leading roundtables, etc.)
