Marketing and Technology Assistant (MarTek) and Office Administrator

Dilbeck Real Estate is a community of real estate professionals and staff dedicated to working with integrity, innovation, care, and excellence. We are seeking a highly creative, energetic Marketing and Technology Assistant (MarTek) and Office Administrator to provide dynamic print and online marketing materials for multiple real estate agents; support and promote company marketing tools and platforms; and assist with miscellaneous administrative duties. This is a full-time position in our Glendora and San Marino offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Dilbeck MarTek provides marketing and technology support for our Sales Partners (agents). A MarTek must be proactive in helping the agents to up-level their business by using the Dilbeck marketing and technology platforms.

· Provide instruction, training and support on all company marketing tools and technology platforms.

· Work in conjunction with Dilbeck Marketing to assist our sales associates with marketing and technology needs – troubleshooting tech, creating email blasts, platform training, tech installs, postcard creation, social media training, website configuration, CRM organization, etc.

· Work with Social Media Manager in the development of location-specific and targeted social media content while training on social media best practices.

· Assist office with tech updates/issues including the TV screen and office music.

· Assist Branch Manager as needed with creating miscellaneous forms, PowerPoint slides and speaking to the office on weekly in-person office meetings or Zoom meetings.

· Attend weekly MarTek calls

· Work closely with other office MarTeks to brainstorm training ideas and other agent needs/issues.

As the Office Administrator the duties will include:

  • Daily office opening and closing routine
  • Keep accurate records of the office(s) listings and sales
  • Assist the Branch Managers with administrative duties such as Office Meeting prep, process check requests for accounting, review invoices for accuracy, run office business reports, sort mail, etc.

The Goal: To enhance each Sales Partner’s business and to provide a Concierge-level of Service and Support.

QUALIFICATIONS

· Associate Degree (Preferred)

· Customer Service: 1 year preferred

· Knowledge of Microsoft Products; Photoshop or In-Design a plus

· Ability to effectively communicate with agents, managers, and upper-level executives

· Aptitude for learning software products and tools used by the company

· Promote all Dilbeck systems with enthusiasm

· Be friendly and outgoing and have a “can do” attitude

· Knowledge of real estate a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
