- Strategize and collaborate with the sales and product management teams to develop go-to-market strategies while coming up with new marketing ideas based on consumer research and market trends
- Track the performance of marketing strategies implemented and come up with timely modifications and effective solutions for future programs
- Oversee daily operations and communication with public relations agency
- In coordination with agency, develop a media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Manage marketing activations calendar and execute creative, focused brand building events
- In collaboration with other members of marketing team, facilitate content creation process including sourcing, budgeting and managing 3rd party relationships/freelancers
Your profile of qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Management or Liberal Arts concentrations
- 5-10+ years in marketing communications or pr preferably at a consumer goods company or agency
- Previous experience working on brand and products with global presence a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong writing skills
- May have been a treasure hunter in a past life and can embrace ambiguity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Has worked in PR (agency or in-house)
