Assembly Technician
Sigma Metalytics is now hiring an Assembly Technician to manufacture high-quality electronic testing equipment at our facility in Chico. An ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, will be good with precision work like soldering small components onto printed circuit boards, and will be able to work with minimal supervision. An ideal candidate will either be working toward an engineering degree or will have recently earned an engineering degree. We will provide training for our specialized assembly process.
Your specific duties will include:
- Electronic device assembly, including soldering of small components and circuit boards.
- Testing of parts and manufactured devices for accuracy and proper calibration.
- Packaging of assembled devices.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Meeting production quotas as set by the production supervisor.
- Identifying faulty or defective parts and devices.
- Maintaining a high standard for quality and precision throughout your work.
We offer flexible scheduling, but we will need you to be in the office during regular working hours for your training and probationary period.
This position will start on a 60-day probationary period prior to benefits beginning.

Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
