Decimal Engineering specializes in Precision CNC Machining and custom sheet metal fabrications for the aerospace, medical, automotive, electronics, and marine-related industries.

We are EXPANDING and looking for

Manufacturing Engineers with Sheet Metal/Stamping Experience. The successful candidate’s primary responsibilities will be to create processes and programs that will generate top-tiered codes that will instruct production machines to perform a series of CNC Laser, punch, and forming operations. Candidates must be proficient in 3D CAD modeling software (SolidWorks). Experience in Progressive die design is a plus!

• Solidworks - Required
• CAM Software: Radan and Radbend desired
• Autodesk Inventor a plus
• ERP/MEP experience: Made 2 Manage is a plus
• Geometric Dimension and tolerance knowledge is a plus
• CNC programming (CamWorks) with G and M codes is a plus

The right person will focus on analyzing orders by carefully reviewing 3D CAD models/blueprints, making the right calculations to properly and specifically direct production manufacturing, and deciding and defining the best manufacturing sequences for optimal production efficiency. This position requires 3+ years experience in component drawing review for manufacturability as well as the ability to verbally communicate all required engineering attributes and technical changes.

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
