The Role:
The National Campus Recruiting Manager will help execute existing and develop new and innovative campus recruiting strategies for long-term and sustained growth aligning with Andersen’s business needs and values. He/she will report to the Director - National Campus Recruiting. The successful person in this role will be a self-starter, have a passion for providing outstanding opportunities with outstanding early career talent, be a strategic thinker, and be energized by assisting local offices with outreach efforts and program implementation. Primary responsibilities include:

  • Meeting with leadership to execute specific campus recruiting goals and strategies;
  • Developing and enhancing our law school/LLM strategy initiatives and execution;
  • Reviewing resumes, screening applicants/scheduling interviews, and drafting offer letters as directed and leading virtual strategy sourcing best practices and National Information Series;
  • Identifying and researching innovative methods of job advertising/posting/employer branding to ensure high visibility with potential candidates and other leading practices in the campus recruiting industry;
  • Serving as the Subject matter expert internally for Handshake;
  • Leading best practice efforts to elevate our Intern Experience year-over-year;
  • Corresponding with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and the status of their candidacy;
  • Managing data in applicant tracking database (iCims)
  • Drafting various recruiting-related reports and conducting data analysis;
  • Assisting firm-wide HR/Recruiting representatives with their local office recruiting efforts as needed; and
  • Providing ideas and potential implementation to determine “what’s next” in regards to our campus recruiting initiatives
The Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or a related degree;
  • At least 8 years of relevant work experience in Campus Recruiting
  • Professional services firm experience a plus;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Proven ability to adapt in an evolving environment;
  • Analytical, strategic, and critical thinking skills;
  • Excellent process and problem solving skills;
  • Effective communication, including logical and organized written, verbal, and listening skills;
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict confidence; and
  • Ability to travel during peak campus recruiting and programming months
