Maintenance Technician - Full time or Part Time
Job description
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Person to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in a variety of maintenance work, including plumbing, electrical and carpentry. This position requires regular interaction with other team members and the ability to communicate quickly and effectively. Candidates should be skilled at troubleshooting on-site and contribute to the overall energy efficiency of the office.
Responsibilities:
- Remove and replace defective equipment.
- Clean equipment and facility.
- Be able to operate a variety of machines.
- Maintain inventory of equipment, supplies, and parts.
- Keep facility clean.
- Keep records and complete reports.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
