Qualifications:

• Must be able to complete all types of work orders
• Must have a general understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Journeyman level experience or equivalent in a trade or 1 year in building maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to effectively perform painting, woodworking, and general carpentry
• Ability to perform maintenance and general repair
• Must have knowledge and the ability to operate tools, hand tools and power tools in a safe and efficient manner
• Maintain confidentiality at all times
• Must be able to pass a drug test

Job Duties:

• Responsible to complete delegated work orders in a timely and professional manner
• Respond to after-hour calls as necessary
• Report and address unsafe conditions immediately
• Ensure all work areas are kept clean and orderly manner of storing all tools and equipment used to perform tasks

Job Type: Per Diem

Schedule:

• On-call Monday-Friday
• Weekend Availability

Compensation: $19-$21/Hourly Per Diem
