Maintenance Director
Job description
The Maintenance Director is responsible for directing the overall operation of the Maintenance Department.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Assists in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing of the Maintenance Department
- Ensures the plant and equipment are properly maintained for patient/resident safety, comfort and convenience.
- Inspects the facility, on a regular basis, to ensure that the grounds, facility and equipment are maintained
- As this job description is not intended to be all-inclusive, the employee will be expected to perform other essential functions and duties as assigned.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $27.00 per hour
