Job description
Maintenance of 104 units of senior housing in two multi story buildings on one site. Responsible for preventative and regular maintenance of all building systems to ensure proper operation, safety and efficiency. Perform all necessary maintenance and repairs on apartments, including work necessary to ready vacant units for re-rental. Weekly inspection of buildings and grounds and reporting any deficiencies to Site Manager. Removing any trash from lawns and parking areas. Must be able to lift minimum of 50lbs and climb ladders to height of 20 feet. Must be able to perform physical duties such as moving appliances and removing furniture from vacant units if necessary.
Must have a valid driver's license and own basic tools. 35 hours per week and on call for emergencies.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
