$2.50 Night Shift Premium

Printpack, a leading manufacturer of flexible packaging products, is seeking qualified candidates to fill multiple Machine Operator positions at their Villa Rica II facility located in Villa Rica, Georgia.

Qualified candidates should have experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.

The position works on the 12-hour 3/2 rotating shift schedule.

1 Week – 8am – 4pm Monday - Friday

2 Weeks – Day Shift Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

6 Week + - 6pm – 6am OR 6am – 6pm (hours determined by shift placement)

Post Training : 28 Day Rotation 6pm – 6am OR 6am – 6pm (hours determined by shift placement)

Operate a slitter at or above plant EFM goals while meeting all safety requirements

• Run quality product/identify quality issues
• Use PRISM to move orders/product through finishing dept
• Ability to learn/use the automated roll handling system integrated with the slitter
• Participate in preventative maintenance of slitters and automated roll handling system
• Have fine visual discrimination skills including color
• Ability to understand layout and specifications
• Ability to learn process troubleshooting skills and apply troubleshooting techniques
• Ability to learn/use PRISM
• Troubleshoot the slitters and integrated automated roll handling system
